First-time colour

What to expect on your first colour visit.

Consultation first

We start with a 15-minute chat — in person or by phone — to look at your hair, talk through the result you want, and be honest about what one visit can do.

A patch test

For new colour clients we do a quick skin patch test at least 48 hours before, so your first appointment is safe and on schedule.

03

Time set aside

Colour takes time done well. A balayage or colour-change appointment can run 2.5–4 hours — we'll tell you what to plan for when we book.
